- 1. Participation Guidelines
- Participants must review all information provided before registering.
- Registrants may apply for only one of the following race categories: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, or 5K Run. Multiple applications will be rejected.
- Registration is only available online through the provided link, with entry fees based on the selected race category.
- All members of a group must meet the minimum age requirement for their chosen category.
- Once submitted, your online application details cannot be edited. For corrections, email support@youtoocanrun.com.
- Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, and 5K Run participants will be categorized by age for awards and accolades. For more information, click here.
- Start waves for each race category are tentative and may change. Any updates will be communicated on the event website after registration closes.
- 2. Race Kit and Bib Collection
- Participants must collect their running number bibs from the Race Kit Expo.
- Collection in person is mandatory for Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, and 5K Run participants. Bring the following documents:
- Registration confirmation
- Government-approved photo ID
- If you cannot collect your bib personally, a representative may do so on your behalf. The representative can collect bibs for up to two participants and must present:
- Registration confirmation for each runner
- Government-approved photo ID of the runner
- Government-approved photo ID of the representative
- 3. Refund Policy
- Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- 4. Other Important Points
- Participant identity and residency may be verified by a third-party agency. Incorrect information or documents will result in disqualification, and no refund will be given. All participant benefits will be forfeited.
- Race day photos will be reviewed. Participants not wearing their assigned bib will be disqualified from the current and future events, and legal action may be taken for impersonation.
- Any recordings (audio, video, or visual) made by participants at the Race Kit Collection Expo or on race day are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. The official photographer, Treasured Moments by YouTooCanRun, will make photos available for download on the event website within 48 hours post-race.
- The event promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the event terms at any time without prior notice.
